This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect in the Hand2Go mobile app, why we use it, how we store it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have.

2.1. Account & profile data

2.2. Transaction & app usage data

– routes, origin/destination cities, dates,

– shipment details (e.g., category: documents/parcel/baggage; weight/size — if entered),

– listing/request status, responses, confirmations,

– in-app messages/chat content (if messaging is available).

2.3. Verification (KYC) data (if enabled)

– identity documents and verification information,

– selfie/ID photos and supporting proofs (e.g., tickets/trip proof), where needed for trust and safety.

2.4. Payments (if enabled)

Note: We do not store full card details; payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
