1) Definitions
Hand2Go / App — the Hand2Go mobile application.
Sender — a user who posts a request to deliver an item/documents.
Traveler / Carrier — a user who offers to carry an item along their trip.
Transaction — an arrangement between Sender and Traveler.
Platform — the app functionality (listing, matching, messaging, status, support, payments if available).
2) What Hand2Go does (and does not) do
2.1. Hand2Go provides a technology platform enabling users to:
– post requests/offers,
– discover and match with each other,
– communicate and coordinate,
– (if enabled) pay via in-app payment tools.
2.2. Hand2Go is not a carrier, postal operator, freight forwarder, or courier. The actual delivery is performed by the Traveler, and terms are agreed between users.
2.3. You acknowledge that peer-to-peer cross-border delivery involves risks (delays, cancellations, customs restrictions, etc.) and agree to act in good faith.
3) Account, eligibility, verification
3.1. You may need to create an account and provide accurate information.
3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account.
3.3. We may request identity verification (KYC) and supporting documents for safety, fraud prevention, and compliance with law/payment partners.
4) Safety rules & prohibited items
4.1. You must not request or transport:weapons, ammunition, explosives,
– illegal drugs/controlled substances,
– hazardous chemicals/toxins,
– counterfeit or illegal goods,
– items prohibited by law, airlines, or customs rules,
– items requiring permits/licensing unless properly authorized.
4.2. You are responsible for checking customs and carrier rules for origin/destination countries.
4.3. We may remove listings or restrict accounts for suspected violations or safety risks.
5) Fees, payments, payouts (if enabled)
5.1. The App may charge a service fee/commission, disclosed before payment confirmation.
5.2. If an escrow-style “secure payment” is available, funds may be held until completion is confirmed (e.g., delivery/hand-off confirmation).
5.3. Payments may be processed by third-party providers; their terms also apply.
5.4. Refunds/disputes are handled under Section 8.
6) User content & conduct
6.1. Fraud, deception, threats, harassment, discrimination, spam, and attempts to bypass safety/payment rules are prohibited.
6.2. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you post and for the legality of requested/transported items.
7) Ratings & reviews
7.1. Ratings/reviews may be available but are not a guarantee of performance or reliability.
7.2. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8) Disputes, cancellations, support
8.1. Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly.
8.2. If a platform dispute process exists, we may request evidence (messages, photos, documents, receipts, status).
8.3. We may make a platform decision within the App rules (e.g., canceling an order in the system, applying escrow logic), but we do not guarantee coverage of all losses.
9) Limitation of liability
9.1. Hand2Go is not liable for:user actions/omissions,
– actual delivery performance, timing, or item condition,
– customs decisions, penalties, confiscations,
– indirect/consequential damages (lost profits, etc.).
9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee/commission paid to Hand2Go for the relevant transaction (if applicable).
10) Intellectual property
10.1. The App, design, trademarks, and software are owned by or licensed to HAND2GO TECHNOLOGIES – FZCO.
10.2. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the App except as permitted by law.
11) Suspension & termination
11.1. We may restrict or suspend access for violations, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or safety risks.
11.2. You may stop using the App at any time.
12) Changes to these Terms
12.1. We may update these Terms. The latest version is available in the App/website.
12.2. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
13) Governing law & jurisdiction
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
13.2. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
